Swatch Group is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and manage administrative tasks. The role reports to the Brand Manager and involves data analysis, reporting, and maintaining client information in an office-based setting in Alcobendas, near Madrid.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor degree and 2+ years in sales support, with strong MS Office skills and fluency in Spanish and English. This is a permanent, 100% office-based position.

Responsabilidades

• BM/Sales Team Support: Track sales data, monitor orders, respond to inquiries.
• Reporting & Data Management: Create weekly/monthly reports and manage client records.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with marketing, finance and logistics.
