Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with preferred travel vendors to access competitive rates and exclusive promotions.
• Keep up to date with the latest travel industry trends, regulations, and special deals.
• Manage client requests, changes, and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client communications.
• Participate in ongoing training, webinars, and certification programs to enhance industry knowledge.
