XVA Corporation

XVA Corp is currently seeking Virtual Assistants to provide remote administrative support to Canadian realtors. Do you have strong customer service experience? Excellent English communication and a desire to learn new things? This is the role for you.

Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and organize databases and reports
  2. Manage social media accounts and replies
  3. Handle confidential employer and client information
  4. Schedule meetings and arrange clients calendar; schedule meeting spaces and conference rooms
  5. Create purchase orders and track and manage payments
  6. Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
  7. Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
  8. Research materials and sources for presentations
  9. Other various admin tasks / VA tasks

Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  3. Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
  4. Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
  5. Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
  6. Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
  7. Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
  8. Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  10. Strong customer service and presentation skills
  11. Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed
  12. Two years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
  13. Real estate experience is preferred

Home Office Requirement

  1. 100% Remote work.
  2. Availability to work Canadian EST hours which may include evenings up to 9pm EST and one weekend day shift per week
  3. Computer (Core i3 Processor, 4 GB RAM)
  4. Home office with a private room and desk - preferred
  5. Reliable internet (5 MBPS minimum, 10 MBPS preferred with ability to go up to 50 MBPS)
