As a Villa Manager, you will be the in-resort face of Solmar, ensuring our villas meet the highest quality and cleanliness standards. You will manage a variety of proactive and reactive tasks, from welcoming guests to resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. On changeover days, you will be responsible for ensuring that each villa is prepared to perfection for new guests.

Working closely with the Area Manager or Regional Manager, you will focus on delivering excellent service and maintaining strong relationships with villa owners, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly, escalating when necessary and providing first-contact resolution where possible.
  • Conduct villa inspections, ensuring compliance with company standards and championing a 'right first time' approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of villa conditions and guest concerns.
  • Support marketing efforts with accurate villa descriptions and imagery.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance with regular audits.
  • Be on call out of hours for emergencies, on a rota basis.
