At ROADIS, we are looking for a new teammate who will be part of the Legal Department. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support and advice on a wide range of corporate matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with the guidelines provided by RLD in coordination with the SBU and HQ departments.
• Follow up on the execution of contracts and manage any discrepancies and conflicts that arise.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in each jurisdiction where the company operates, protecting against potential legal liabilities.
• Draft reports and draw conclusions on specific legal questions that require detailed analysis.
• Coordinate, support, and supervise SBU and HQ legal matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures.
• Manage and resolve legal matters submitted by the ROADIS Board of Directors, SBU heads, and HQ departments.
• Assistance to the Secretary of the Board of Directors regarding corporate governance matters.
• Organization and legal operation of the company bodies.
• Design and execution of company reorganizations at corporate level.
• Provide advice, negotiation, and execution of investment operations for the business, as well as banking and financing operations.
• Oversee and monitor legal proceedings at court or arbitration.
• Select, manage, and evaluate external lawyers hired to provide advisory services to ROADIS, ensuring cost control and efficiency.

About You:

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm.
• Advanced English.
• Strong understanding of corporate, companies and commercial law.
• Experience in corporate and M&A transactions.
• Proficiency in handling regulatory and compliance matters.
• Ability to provide strategic legal counsel to senior management.
• Experience in emerging markets is an advantage.
