Job Description

We are looking for someone to coordinate the deployment project of the Historian solution in our plants (Spain and Italy). This position will be the link between the Group project leader and the subsidiary of the Region.

As project coordinator, your responsibilities are :

1. Lead the project for implementing a historian system in our plants (Valladolid in 2025 and Parma in 2026).
2. Coordinate the various phases of the project in connection with the Group deployment process, from initial study to commissioning.
3. Report regularly on the progress of the project to the Region and to the Group.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (local team and Region / Group level) and external suppliers to ensure the project runs smoothly.
5. Support local team during implementation phase.
6. Participate in training and supporting end users.

This position is based for the first year in Valladolid (Spain) and in Parma (Italy) for the last 6 months.

Qualifications

Education :

Engineering degree or master's degree in Sciences and Technologies.

Qualifications :

1. Experience in project management in industrial fields.
2. Knowledge in automation but not mandatory.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Languages :

1. Fluent level in English is mandatory.
2. Spanish and / or Italian are a plus.

Additional Information

Contract Duration : 18 months.

Ideally, we want to start the VIE during the second quarter of 2025 in Spain and move to Italy in 2026.

Desired starting date : Q2 2025.
