Formación

  • Experiencia en reclutamiento de ciclo completo, preferiblemente en la industria de bienes de consumo.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, cumpliendo plazos y presupuestos.

A Day in the Life

As a Talent Acquisition & Project Manager at L'Oréal, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent while driving key projects that enhance our position in the dynamic beauty industry. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues. Simultaneously, you'll spearhead projects focused on talent acquisition strategy, process optimization, and employer branding. This position provides a unique opportunity to directly contribute to L'Oréal's continued growth by building the high-performing teams that fuel our success.

Responsibilities :

  1. Managed full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  2. Developed and implemented innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging various channels including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Conducted thorough candidate assessments, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and skills evaluations, to determine qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  4. Partnered closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.
  5. Maintained proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  6. Leveraged Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and generate reports on key recruitment metrics.
  7. Led and managed talent acquisition projects, including onboarding program development, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and interview process optimization.

We Are Looking For

We seek a highly organized and results-driven individual with a passion for talent acquisition and a proven track record in project management. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Skills and Experience :

  1. Talent Acquisition Experience: Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the consumer goods or beauty industry. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing techniques.
  2. Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, within budget and timeline constraints. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and project decisions.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Languages: Fluency in English; Spanish will be a big plus.
