The position is located in Puente la Reina, closed to Bilbao in Spain in Southern Europe, in the multicultural Residential Solution Marketing team within dynamic & challenging environment.

Which missions will you lead?

As a Junior Marketing Lead, reporting to our Product Owner, you will actively contribute to the management and development of our wiring device ranges for the Iberian market. Your main missions will be :

  • Strategic management of local ranges : Oversee the product lifecycle to maximize market relevance and performance.
  • Iberian market development : As a key partner to the Product Owner, propose development directions and priorities aligned with Spanish and Portuguese user expectations.
  • Local marketing activation : Support local teams in enhancing visibility and attractiveness of our ranges by adapting messages and materials to local specificities.
  • Customer experience optimization : Organize and conduct user interviews to identify improvement opportunities and enrich the overall product experience.
  • Market & innovation monitoring : Analyze trends, technological innovations, and competitor strategies to inform our positioning and anticipate market changes.
  • Pricing strategy : Define coherent and competitive pricing structures for key ranges, aligned with perceived value and customer expectations.
  • Digital experience : Identify friction points in the online journey and coordinate with communication and content teams to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education : Master’s degree in Marketing / Business or related field

Work experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience in operational marketing or strategic marketing (internship / apprenticeship included).

Skills :

  • Knowledge of strategic and operational marketing.
  • Project management.
  • Communication & product storytelling.
  • A good understanding of Spanish cultural specificities is a plus.

Personal abilities or skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proactive mindset to identify and address challenges before they escalate.
