Probisa Vias y Obras, part of VINCI Construction Group, seeks a VIE Industrial Project Management Engineer to join a strategic asphalt plant project in Durango, Basque Country. You will support site operations, monitor construction, and liaise with stakeholders in an international technical environment.

The role blends fieldwork with coordination, requiring a master's in industrial or mechanical engineering, initial site experience, safety focus, and fluency in Spanish.

Formación

• Master's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• Initial field experience in industrial project management and construction site monitoring.
• Fluency in Spanish and good communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor plant assembly during construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors (planning, interfaces, progress).
• Ensure adherence to assembly schedule and raise alerts for deviations.
• Supervise safety regulations per the prevention plan.
• Contribute to project budget monitoring and cost control.
• Prepare routine progress reports (deadlines, costs, quality, safety).
• Participate in site meetings and act as liaison between stakeholders.
