VINCI Energies Spain is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor for an EPC project in Cartagena, Murcia, to lead mechanical installation teams on a Biogas plant. The role requires strong on-site coordination of tanks, piping, valves, and equipment, with strict adherence to drawings and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in process plant installations, familiarity with ASME/API/European codes, and a high English or French level (B2-C1).

Formación

• Five years of experience installing process plants similar to biomethane plants.
• Knowledge of ASME, API and European codes.
• Advanced level of English or French (B2-C1).
• Experience in EPC projects for renewable gas industrial plants or similar.
• Experience supervising daily subcontractors and construction activities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily subcontractors and mechanical installation tasks.
• Ensure installations follow drawings, standards and procedures.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting when required.
• Follow progress, punch lists and report progress.
• Maintain on-site safety at all times.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor with previous experience in EPC projects for renewable gas industrial plants or similar, for the construction of a Biogas plant in Cartagena, Murcia.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Follow up daily subcontractors: Construction of concrete tanks, PE and PP piping networks installation, Mechanical installation of valves, instrumentation, agitators, pumps, heat exchangers, and storage tanks, Installation of gasometers, Electrical wiring
• To control installation is done according to drawings, standards and procedures ensuring engineering
• When required to do some maintenance work and troubleshooting.
• To follow progress, punch list and report progress
• To ensure safety onsite
• Specific technical training in industrial mechanics or similar.
• At least five years of previous experience installing of process plant similar to Biomethane plant.
• Knowledge of standard codes as ASME, API, and European codes.
• Advanced level of English or French (B2-C1)
