The position is located in Barcelona, Spain in Southern Europe in the multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

Which missions will you lead?

As HR Project Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation of Schneider Electric’s new Global Career Architecture and Career & Skills Platform initiative. This project aims to empower employees with tools and support to grow their careers and provide real-time data on skills across the organization to drive business growth. Your main missions will be :

  • Collaborate in the creation of engaging training and communication assets that facilitate employee understanding and adoption of the new Global Career Architecture and Skills Platform.
  • Help design materials that are clear, informative, and tailored to different audiences across the company to ensure successful transformation.
  • Support skills harmonization analysis by consolidating and analyzing skills data of across different jobs in the Global Career Architecture.
  • Support in driving change management in cultivating a culture of learning and encourage employee taking ownership in their career development.
  • Skills Platform Implementation & User Testing
  • Participate in the rollout of the new Career and Skills Platform by assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Assist with ad-hoc project management tasks as needed to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education : Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or similar field.

Work experience : At least 1 year of HR project management, Humans resources or similar field (Internship / included).

Skills :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Communication Tools
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Requested languages : English full professional capacity, Spanish would be a plus.
