Job summary

Sofinco Spain is seeking a Data Governance & Business Intelligence Analyst to strengthen our data governance framework and analytics environment. You will collaborate with data owners, data stewards, business and IT teams to implement governance processes and ensure data quality.

You will maintain the Collibra catalog, manage the dashboard development lifecycle, and deliver automated reports and insightful dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data governance processes across data owners and IT teams.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and data lineage concepts.
• Ability to coordinate governance workflows and data quality remediation actions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Governance :

• Support the alignment of the local Data Governance Framework with the Group model and ECB BCBS 239 requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Business and IT teams to implement governance processes.
• Maintain and enrich the Collibra catalog (Business Glossary, Technical Dictionary, Data Lineage).
• Coordinate governance workflows, approvals and data quality remediation actions.
• Drive engagement within the Data Governance community and promote best practices.

Business Intelligence & Analytics :

• Support users and promote best practices across the BI & Analytics ecosystem.
• Manage the dashboard development lifecycle, fromrequirements gathering to deployment.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and corporate dashboards.
• Anticipate business needs and propose innovative data visualization solutions.
