Video Editor Wanted For Social Media Ads – 10-15 videos / week (affiliate lead gen)
We’re looking for a video editor (2+ years experience) to help us create high-performing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
This role is perfect for someone who’s creative but also obsessed with performance and loves editing / creating videos that actually convert.
We are in the affiliate lead gen space, so if you have any experience, that would be ideal.
About the Role :
- Edit & Optimize – Edit raw footage into compelling short-form video ads.
- Platform-Specific Cuts – Create variations tailored to each platform’s best practices (Facebook / TikTok / YouTube / Snapchat).
- Attention to Detail – Ensure text overlays, captions, and formatting are clean and consistent.
- Project Tools – Work within Trello, Slack, and Google Drive to manage tasks and feedback.
- Growth Potential – For the right person, this role can expand into creative strategy, UGC coordination, and ad testing.
Experience :
- 2+ years editing short-form video content (ads preferred).
- Proficient in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar (we mostly use CapCut).
- Conversational in English is a huge plus. We do have 2 Spanish speakers on the team.
- Experience editing videos specifically for conversions (not just aesthetics).
- Detail-Oriented : You catch typos, weird transitions, and audio sync issues before anyone else does.
- Has worked in the affiliate lead gen space.
- Quick turnaround times with minimal revisions.
- High watch rates & engagement on edited videos.
- Adapting styles across different offers, niches, and formats.
