We’re looking for a video editor (2+ years experience) to help us create high-performing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
This role is perfect for someone who’s creative but also obsessed with performance and loves editing / creating videos that actually convert.
We are in the affiliate lead gen space, so if you have any experience, that would be ideal
About the Role :
Edit & Optimize – Edit raw footage into compelling short-form video ads
Platform-Specific Cuts – Create variations tailored to each platform’s best practices (Facebook / Tiktok / Youtube / Snapchat)
Attention to Detail – Ensure text overlays, captions, and formatting are clean and consistent
Project Tools – Work within Trello, Slack, and Google Drive to manage tasks and feedback
Growth Potential – For the right person, this role can expand into creative strategy, UGC coordination, and ad testing
Ideal Candidate :
Experience : 2+ years editing short-form video content (ads preferred)
Tools : Proficient in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar (we mostly use Capcut)
Languages : Conversational in English is a huge plus. We do have 2 Spanish speakers on the team
Ad Editing : Experience editing videos specifically for conversions (not just aesthetics)
Detail-Oriented : You catch typos, weird transitions, and audio sync issues before anyone else does
Has worked in the affiliate lead gen space
