Job summary
THE/STUDIO is seeking a mid-level video editor for a fully remote role across Europe or Asia. You will edit reels, shorts and paid video ads, building 15–20 ad creatives and 30 organic videos per month, with YouTube ownership by month 3. You’ll work directly with leadership to influence product workflows and strategy.
Ideal candidates bring strong brand editing, a solid portfolio, proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and comfort with AI video tools. English fluency required.
Qualifications
- Mid-level brand video editing experience with a strong portfolio of social content and paid ads.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or comparable tools, including AI video tools.
- Experience managing YouTube content from ideas to publishing.
- Excellent English communication (C1/C2).
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content for social platforms and paid ads with strong hooks and pacing.
- Adapt edits for organic vs paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Own YouTube channel by month 3, including planning, editing, thumbnails, titles, and publishing.
- Collaborate with social media team and media buyer during briefs and reviews.
- Ensure fast turnarounds for urgent edits (1–2 hours).
