WHO YOU ARE :

You are a cutting-edge Video Editor, highly skilled in AI creative platforms such as Veo3 / Flow, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, Gemini Flash, and Topaz Labs, in addition to After Effects. With a keen focus on leveraging AI tools for editing and optimizing long and short-form videos, you excel at creating content specifically for social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Your passion for persuasive storytelling, combined with expertise in motion graphics, animation, and AI-driven enhancements, allows you to bring products and corporate culture stories to life through dynamic illustrations, compelling copy, and immersive sound. You are adept at storyboarding and delivering compelling "proof-of-concept" experiences. Your proficiency extends to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, complemented by a strong understanding of emerging AI video editing technologies, enabling you to create diverse content across various styles, themes, and environments for social and direct marketing. You possess an almost compulsive desire to continuously learn about the subject matter of the stories you tell, the audience viewing your work, and the latest advancements in AI for video production. You thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising creativity. As a natural problem-solver, you consistently deliver simple, elegant, on-brand solutions that are both professional and captivating.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new and original audio-visual assets and content for Roc360 and its subsidiary brands to the specifications of our internal and external partners and our Head of Creative Services, with a focus on optimizing for social platforms like Instagram and TikTok using AI-powered editing techniques.
• Add and update new logos, treatments, and details to current marketing materials and documents.
• Ideate solutions in instances where visual content is needed and no clear idea exists, proactively suggesting AI-driven approaches to content creation.
• Summarize your accomplishments and keep internal parties apprised of decisions, developments, and progress on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly basis.
• Work in Adobe Creative Cloud and integrate AI video editing tools to achieve your daily goals.
• Create mock-ups of websites, mobile and web applications, logos and signage, live action video, and animated storyboards, leveraging AI for efficient content generation and design.
• Submit storyboards and ideas in creative brief format for team review / approval.
• Assist with Decks and Presentations as needed (colors, fonts, formatting, layout and slide design, infographics, customized icons, etc.).
• Adhere to, add to, and advocate for our brand standards and style guides.

Your Skills and Experience

• BA in Marketing, Production, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications or related field preferred
• 3 years experience working in a demanding design role (agency or in-house)
• Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• After Effects, Animate, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Substance 3D, Lightroom, Affinity Designer, DaVinci Resolve
• Demonstrable experience with AI video editing tools and platforms is a must.
• Proven ability to create engaging, trend-setting video content specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
• 3D animation software like Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva and Asana is a plus
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present to colleagues and senior level executives
• Ability to work exclusively through English
• Experience working with and managing third party vendors preferred
• Some copywriting experience preferred
• Full understanding of modern typography, layout and color (in both print and digital)
• Advanced understanding of visual advertisements (print and digital)
• Proven experience of creating attention-grabbing designs on social media
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and willing to work after hours and U.S. Eastern Time hours required
• Professional experience working as part of a team required
