We are looking for a versatile and highly creative Video Editor & Storyteller to join our team inMadrid. This role is for a modern video creator who knows how to turn raw footage andcreative ideas into content people want to watch—from long-form storytelling to fast-pacedsocial content and AI-generated video.

About the Role

You will take projects from raw footage and creative concepts through final delivery, usingstrong editorial judgment, pacing, music, sound, graphics, and visual storytelling to createengaging content across platforms. You’ll also transform long-form content into compellingshort-form videos designed for today’s social audiences. AI video is an important part of this role. We’re looking for someone who is activelyexperimenting with generative AI video platforms and understands how to combine emergingAI tools with traditional editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects to expand what’s creativelypossible. The ideal candidate is an editor first and a storyteller at heart—someone who can find thestrongest moments in hours of footage, create an engaging narrative, understand what workson social, and continuously experiment with new AI video tools, models, and creativeworkflows.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Video Editing & Storytelling

• Edit long-form video content and shape raw footage into compelling, well-paced storiesthat keep audiences engaged.
• Turn long-form content into high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, InstagramReels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Find the strongest story within raw footage, using pacing, structure, hooks, music,sound design, graphics, captions, and visual effects to create engaging content.
• Edit social-first content with a strong understanding of audience retention, platformtrends, vertical formats, and what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching.
• Select and incorporate music and sound that strengthens the emotion, energy, pacing,and overall storytelling of each piece.
• Create multiple edits, cutdowns, and variations from the same source material fordifferent platforms, audiences, formats, and aspect ratios.
• Edit creator, influencer, UGC-style, and personality-driven content; experience workingwith influencer or creator content is a plus.
• Work with interviews, unscripted footage, B-roll, multi-camera content, and largevolumes of source material to identify compelling moments and build clear narratives.
• Handle color correction, audio cleanup, motion graphics, titling, captions, and finishingas needed.
• Use AI video platforms and generative AI tools as an active part of the creative andediting process, not simply as an occasional add-on.
• Create and experiment with AI-generated video, image-to-video, text-to-video, AIimagery, animation, voice, visual effects, and other generative media.
• Use AI tools for concept development, storyboarding, previsualization, contentcreation, editing, post-production, and creative experimentation.
• Combine traditional editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with AI-generatedassets and AI-assisted workflows to create original, high-quality video content.
• Experiment with a variety of AI video platforms, models, and emerging creative tools.We are platform-agnostic and value someone who actively explores new technologiesand learns new tools quickly.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows that can increase production speed, enable fastercreative iteration, scale content creation, and unlock new visual possibilities.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI video landscape, testing new platforms,models, and creative techniques as they emerge.
• Understand when AI can meaningfully improve an idea or production—and when strongtraditional editing and storytelling will create the better result.
• Candidates should provide a portfolio, website, or demo reel demonstrating a range ofrelevant work. We are especially interested in seeing examples of:
• Long-form video storytelling and editing
• Short-form and social-first content, including work adapted from longer-form footage
• Creator, influencer, UGC-style, or personality-driven content, if availableStrong use of music, pacing, sound, and visual storytelling
• Motion graphics and visual effects created with Adobe After Effects
• AI-generated or AI-assisted video work, including examples using generative AI videoplatforms or AI-powered creative workflows
• We’re particularly interested in seeing how you think as an editor and storyteller, not just thefinal polish.

Working in Madrid

• This is a hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain. The role combines in-person collaborationwith remote work and requires the ability to work from our Madrid location as needed forcreative collaboration, production, reviews, and team meetings.
