Imagine by MONIN in Madrid seeks a Creative Filmmaker & Content Creator who can lead from concept to final delivery, combining scriptwriting, shooting, editing and post‑production. A small team expects versatility, ownership and proactive problem‑solving across formats and platforms.

You’ll collaborate with external directors and production crews on larger projects, while maintaining hands‑on involvement across photography, videography and AI-assisted workflows.

Formación

• Strong portfolio/showreel required.
• Ability to develop original concepts from a brief.

• Advanced, high-end video editing capabilities.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of colour grading, sound and post‑production.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Higgsfield AI, Runway).
• Ability to integrate new AI tools into workflows.
• Highly autonomous and proactive; capable of managing multiple projects.

Imagine is a small, agile creative agency working on international projects across brand storytelling, product launches, hospitality, events and digital content.

We are looking for a highly creative, versatile and hands‑on Creative Filmmaker & Content Creator to join our team in Madrid.

This is not simply a videographer or editor role.

We are looking for someone who can take a brief, develop a strong creative idea and bring it all the way to life — from concept and script to shooting, photography, editing and final delivery.

As a small creative team, versatility is essential. You should be comfortable wearing different hats, multitasking, taking ownership and moving naturally between creative thinking and hands‑on production.

What you'll do

• Turn briefs into strong creative concepts, storytelling and scripts
• Research references and develop moodboards, treatments and visual directions
• Create scripts, storyboards and shot lists
• Present and defend creative ideas
• Plan and execute shoots independently
• Shoot high-quality video and photography
• Work confidently with cameras, lenses, lighting and sound

What we’re looking for

• Strong portfolio / showreel — mandatory
• Proven ability to develop original creative concepts from a brief
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Excellent filmmaking and camera skills
• Strong photography skills
• Advanced, high-end video editing capabilities
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• After Effects / motion graphics knowledge
• Strong understanding of colour grading, sound and post‑production
• Experience with AI-powered creative and video tools such as Higgsfield AI, Runway, Kling or similar
• Ability to integrate new AI tools into creative and production workflows
• Highly autonomous, proactive and solution‑oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a small, fast‑moving team
• Ability to take ownership from brief to final delivery
• Professional English; Spanish highly valued, French a plus
• Availability to travel internationally

The profile

You might currently call yourself a filmmaker, audiovisual creative, director, content creator or creative producer. Your title matters less to us than what you can actually create.

We are a small team, so we are looking for someone who enjoys wearing different hats. You should be equally comfortable developing an idea, writing a script, preparing a shoot, picking up a camera, taking photographs, experimenting with AI and editing the final piece.

For larger productions, you will collaborate with specialist crews and external partners. For smaller projects, you should be capable of taking ownership of the entire creative and production process.
