You will study why videos perform, crafting treatments and storytelling approaches for projects across our YouTube channels, collaborating with editors and project managers to ensure peak performance.

• Transform strong content into unique, high-performing video products.
• Develop creative treatments and define the storytelling approach for each project.
• Own products throughout the production lifecycle, from evaluation to publishing performance.
• Collaborate with editors, thumbnail specialists and project managers to maximize quality and engagement.
• Analyze audience behaviour and performance insights to continuously improve results.
• Experiment with formats, workflows and creative approaches to drive innovation.
