At Camping TV we're looking for a Journalistic Video Content Creator (on B2B Marketing) to join our team.

About Camping

We're a small-but-mighty video agency based in Barcelona, helping B2B businesses transform from 'boring' to heartfelt through brand & video storytelling.

We're looking for a mid to senior-level YouTube Video Content Creator who can develop, produce, and edit engaging video content that resonates with marketing professionals. As our journalistic video content specialist, you'll be a one-person creative powerhouse – researching topics, conducting interviews, filming in our studio, and crafting polished final videos that inform and entertain.

The ideal candidate combines filmmaking and journalistic expertise with a genuine passion for B2B marketing (especially SaaS), bringing TV-show and documentary-style storytelling and journalistic integrity to every project. This is a full-time position with our 4-day workweek model.

About The Job

As our YouTube Video Content Creator, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end production of video content for our clients and Camping's. You'll conceptualize, develop, film, edit, and optimize engaging videos that showcase thought leadership in B2B marketing while maintaining our high quality standards and distinctive creative approach.

This role offers a unique opportunity to blend filmmaking skills with marketing expertise, creating content that stands out in the B2B space. You'll have creative autonomy while collaborating with our talented team to push the boundaries of what marketing content can be.

Key Responsibilities

These are the core areas where you'll make an impact and showcase your talents daily.

Content Strategy & Development

  1. Curate content topics and formats aligned with our brand and audience needs
  2. Research industry trends and identify compelling stories in the B2B marketing space
  3. Develop content calendars and long-term content strategies
  4. Create episode outlines and interview questions

Production & Filming

  1. Conduct interviews with marketing professionals, clients, and industry experts
  2. Set up and operate camera equipment in our studio and on location
  3. Direct filming sessions to capture authentic, high-quality footage
  4. Ensure proper lighting, sound, and visual composition
  5. Potentially appear on-camera as host of some of the content

Post-Production

  1. Edit footage using industry-standard software to create engaging final videos
  2. Add graphics, animations, and text elements to enhance content
  3. Color grade and mix audio for professional results
  4. Prepare optimized videos for various platforms with appropriate metadata

Analysis & Optimization

  1. Track performance metrics across platforms
  2. Analyze viewer engagement and feedback
  3. Iterate on content strategy based on performance data
  4. Identify opportunities for content repurposing and distribution

Required Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience in video content creation, preferably in a B2B or marketing context
  2. Proven track record of producing high-quality video content for online platforms
  3. Strong understanding of B2B marketing concepts and current industry trends
  4. Excellent storytelling abilities with a journalistic approach to content development
  5. Proficiency with video editing software (DaVinci Resolve preferred)
  6. Basic design and animation skills for creating compelling visual elements
  7. Self-motivated with ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively
  8. Portfolio demonstrating video production skills and creative approach
  9. English proficiency (it will be tested throughout the process)

Big Plus If You Also Have

  1. Background in filmmaking through education or professional experience
  2. Experience with documentary-style production or journalistic content
  3. Understanding of YouTube algorithm and optimization techniques
  4. Knowledge of SaaS industry and B2B marketing strategies
  5. Experience conducting interviews and developing editorial content

Working model

  1. As of 2025, our full-time team has been adopting a 4-day workweek with Fridays off
  2. Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 1-2 days a week to collaborate and connect
  3. For this role, you will need to be present more often, especially during filming days and the initial training period
  4. Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments
  5. This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. For all non-contract positions, you must have the right to work in Spain.
  6. Salary range : €30k to €40+ gross yearly depending on experience
