Role Description

Position: Senior VP or Director with 5-7 years of experience in Secured Finance and Asset Backed Securities, with experience in all types of securitisations and synthetic structures. The candidate should be fully committed, hardworking, and collaborative with the team and relevant projects.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Native in Spanish.
• English as a second language with fluent speaking and writing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Base location: Madrid (but could be currently in London or Milan and looking to relocate).
• Experience in synthetic, and all types of securitisations.
• Fluency in securitisation regulation.
• Focused on the Iberian market but able to cover other countries.
• Previous experience in the sector.
• Strong and independent modelling capabilities; Python modelling is a plus.
• Good relationship with rating agencies.
• Ability to independently read legal documentation.
• Valuation capabilities.
• Strong interest in the FIG sector.
• Cooperative with strong teamwork capabilities.
