Una universidad en las Islas Baleares busca un Investigador de Primera Etapa (R1) para apoyar la gestión de la investigación y coordinar la comunicación entre grupos. Se requiere un título en ciencias sociales y habilidades avanzadas en catalán. Esta posición a tiempo completo ofrece la oportunidad de contribuir a diversos proyectos de investigación y eventos científicos.

Formación

• Experiencia de 1 a 4 años en gestión de proyectos de investigación.
• Sólidas habilidades digitales y en idiomas, especialmente en catalán.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyo y asesoría a personal de investigación en llamadas competitivas.
• Coordinación entre grupos de investigación y servicios de asesoría.
• Organización de programas de transferencia de conocimiento y eventos científicos.

Offer Description

Purpose of the contract :

• Research management support :
• Support and advice for research staff applying for competitive research calls
• Support for processing specific, national, regional or European calls
• Support in writing reports and applications from the Ethics Committee, and producing the Data Management Plan (DMP)
• Coordinating communication :
• Coordination between research groups, researchers in training and the Research Advisory Service (SAR)
• Maintaining databases on using research support services
• Support in maintaining scientific productions databases at the IRIE, research groups, websites, etc.
• Collaborating in knowledge transfer and training activities :
• Organising knowledge transfer and training programmes at the institute
• Collaborating in managing knowledge transfer activity outreach
• Collaborating in organising scientific events (working sessions, seminars, guest lecturers, etc.) and transferring research within the framework of competitive calls

Minimum Requirements :

A degree in social sciences such as education, psychology, library science, etc.

Specific Requirements :

• Solid digital and language skills
• Advanced Catalan

Prior experience : Research and project management experience (calls, management, etc.)

Years of Research Experience : 1 - 4

Compensation : Compensation may be higher where the successful candidate accredits recognised professional experience.

Eligibility criteria :

• Curricular merits in the field (max. 40 points)
• Qualifications in the specialist area (max. 20 points)
• Video curriculum and, if applicable, personal interview (max. 20 points)
• Experience in the field (max. 15 points). E.g. : >

• Other merits (max. +5 points). E.g. : recommendation letters

Eligibility threshold : 60 points.

Selection process :

In accordance with article 8 of the REGULATORY AGREEMENT 145140 of 15th June 2022 that approves the regulation governing the recruitment of research staff under chapter 6 allocation of the university budget, as well as technical or operational research staff.

Selection committee :

• The relevant Pro-Vice-Chancellor for research (or delegated representative) as chair
• The supervisor (or delegated representative)
• The members of the Research Area Assessment Committee (CARAI)
• One or more expert members in the topic pertaining to the recruitment and chosen by the chair of the committee, where applicable
• The head of FORHU (or delegated representative), as secretary, who may speak but not vote
