A leading global private jet company is seeking a VP of Sales to drive new business in Fractional Shares, Leases, and Jet Card Programs. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with significant experience in the luxury market, focusing on high net worth individuals and corporate clients. You will develop relationships and maintain a strong pipeline through customer prospecting and effective collaboration with Account Executives.

Formación

  • 10-15 years of work-related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a luxury customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in local language and business English.

menska is proud to represent our client, a truly global private jet company, with almost 60 years of experience, offering a multitude of products and a brand that is synonymous with private jets.

The role :

As VP of Sales, your role will be to generate new business sales in respect of Fractional Shares, Leases and Jet Card Programmes to our client's key target audience, including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations and Aircraft Owners to achieve quota for your specific territory. In addition, you will be required to secure the sale of renewals, trades and add-ons to existing Owners through the fostering and development of relationships with these individuals and businesses.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and create new sales opportunities through the process of customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
  • Helps develop our client's brand through representation of products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships
  • To establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with affinity partnerships and personal network
  • To retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner
  • Work with a Sales Consultant and / or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce and other systems
  • Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.

Essential experience & knowledge :

  • 10-15 years work-related experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a Luxury customer facing role
  • Proven experience in focusing on continuous self-improvement and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management
  • An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of our client's products and services as well as those of its competitors
  • Fluency in local language relevant to territory and business English (written and spoken)
