Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of 7-10 Engineers.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for AI/ML research, development, and deployment, staying updated on technological advancements and industry trends.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the company's broader strategy and roadmap, focusing on machine learning applications.
4. Oversee the team responsible for model architectures and capabilities.
5. Define research and engineering strategies, determine research directions, and plan experiments to advance technology efficiently.
6. Mentor engineers and researchers within the team.
7. Possess deep expertise in modern deep learning techniques for language processing and generation.
8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI/ML team, keeping abreast of the latest technological and methodological advancements.
