About The Role

We are seeking a VP of Global HR Operations to lead and scale our HR functions during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the CHRO, this role will oversee the effective management and execution of all HR activities worldwide, ensuring operations are efficient, standardized, and compliant with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to this role will be the HR function, with two direct reports (Talent Enablement Director and HR Coordinator).

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Build and lead a forward-leaning HR Operations team, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and alignment with global HR strategies.

Process implementation, optimization, and scalability

  • Develop, implement, and optimize HR strategies, processes, policies, and procedures across all locations to support flexibility and rapid growth.

Policy and compliance oversight

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across all jurisdictions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Lead job leveling, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

HR technology and analytics

  • Implement and manage HRIS and analytics systems.
  • Utilize data analysis to support strategic HR and business decisions.

Employee lifecycle management

  • Empower the Talent Enablement Director to oversee attraction, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and exit processes.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of international experience in operational HR leadership, guiding companies through growth, change, and globalization.
  • Experience in HR process improvement, large-scale project management, and implementation.
  • Ability to lead and inspire remote teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a high-paced environment.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach, thriving in scale-up environments and fostering high-performance culture.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse, cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
