Reporting to the Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail organizations or managing retail relationships, preferably with a background in CPG and retail sectors. Experience in data-driven insights, advisory capabilities, sales, and client management is highly valued.

Responsibilities include :

  • Designing and executing global strategies to drive retail retention, acquisition, and revenue
  • Identifying opportunities to accelerate retail business growth
  • Promoting change and working across functions to meet client needs
  • Building strong relationships with global retail clients to ensure value and advocacy
  • Achieving sales, profit, and new business targets
  • Collaborating with commercial, marketing, and finance teams for alignment and reporting
  • Negotiating win-win agreements with retail clients
  • Supporting market leaders in client collaboration at the country level
  • Enhancing the Advantage brand through thought leadership activities

Location :

The role is remote, ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany) or North America (US, Canada).

Travel expectations include : Client visits, occasional trips to Toronto, and industry events.
