Reporting to the Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail organizations or managing retail relationships, preferably with a background in CPG and retail sectors. Experience in data-driven insights, advisory capabilities, sales, and client management is highly valued.

The role is remote, ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany) or North America (US, Canada).
Travel expectations include : Client visits, occasional trips to Toronto, and industry events.
