Role Overview :

Reporting to the Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail organizations or managing retail relationships, preferably with a background in CPG and retail sectors. Experience in data-driven insights, advisory capabilities, sales, and client management is highly valued.

Responsibilities include :

Designing and executing global strategies to drive retail retention, acquisition, and revenueIdentifying opportunities to accelerate retail business growthPromoting change and working across functions to meet client needsBuilding strong relationships with global retail clients to ensure value and advocacyAchieving sales, profit, and new business targetsCollaborating with commercial, marketing, and finance teams for alignment and reportingNegotiating win-win agreements with retail clientsSupporting market leaders in client collaboration at the country levelEnhancing the Advantage brand through thought leadership activitiesLocation :

The role is remote, ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany) or North America (US, Canada).Travel expectations include :

Client visits, occasional trips to Toronto, and industry events.
