Key Responsibilities:

• Attract, retain, and develop high-quality employees, including direct line management.
• Lead and support Account Managers and Operations in developing strategic client solutions.
• Manage key accounts directly, including client interactions and service sales.
• Develop and execute plans for business growth and achieving sales targets, including new business from transactional and strategic accounts, in collaboration with the SVP of BD and the CCO.
• Create account strategies and tactics with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including RFPs and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS with 12-16 years of related experience, or MA with 10-14 years, or MBA/PhD with 8-12 years.
• 7-10 years of experience managing people or processes, with post-graduate coursework expected at this level.
• Proven hands-on management experience, leading by example and driving process improvements to enhance sales and efficiency.
• Understanding of drug development phases I through IV.
