What you'll be doing :
- Attracting, retaining, and developing high-quality employees, including direct line management.
- Leading and supporting Account Managers and Operations through strategic client solutions.
- Managing key accounts directly and engaging with target clients to promote our services.
- Developing plans and strategies to grow the business and meet annual sales goals, including acquiring new business from transactional and strategic accounts in collaboration with the SVP of BD and the CCO, and building a scalable structure for growth.
- Formulating account strategies and tactics with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including generating RFPs and client presentations.
What we are searching for :
- Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) with 12-16 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree (MA) with 10-14 years, or MBA / PhD with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- 7-10 years’ experience managing people or processes, with post-graduate coursework expected at this level.
- Proven hands-on management experience, leading by example and continuously improving processes to increase sales and efficiency.
- Understanding of drug development phases I through IV.
