What you'll be doing :

  • Attracting, retaining, and developing high-quality employees, including direct line management.
  • Leading and supporting Account Managers and Operations with strategic client solutions.
  • Managing key accounts through direct interactions to promote our services.
  • Developing plans and strategies to grow the business and meet sales goals, including new business from transactional and strategic accounts, in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Formulating account strategies and tactics with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including generating RFPs and client presentations.

What we are searching for :

  • Education: BA/BS with 12-16 years of experience, MA with 10-14 years, or MBA/PhD with 8-12 years.
  • 7-10 years of managing people or processes, with post-graduate coursework expected at this level.
  • Proven hands-on management experience, leading by example and continuously improving processes to enhance sales and efficiency.
  • Understanding of drug development phases I through IV.
