The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Veterinary Medicine and a client-centric approach. You will…

• Be an integral part of our insurance claims processing, providing advice on coverage of veterinary treatments.
• Provide our clients with remote TeleTriage consultations about their pets' health and wellbeing.
• Support the overall company in veterinary issues to ensure all decisions have a solid medical background.
• Help to continuously grow our pet health data database.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Resident in Spain.
• Client-Centric Mindset: A compassionate approach to both pets and their people. You understand the value of building trust and delivering exceptional care.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: You thrive in a structured environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Adaptable & Resilient: You’re comfortable navigating through change and uncertainty in a fast-paced environment that’s constantly evolving to improve.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern software and curious about the potential of artificial intelligence.
• Experience in Small Animal Practice: Ideally, 1-2 years, but we’re open to promising professionals with less experience.
• Multilingual Communication Skills: Proficient in written and spoken Portuguese, plus English. Spanish is a bonus but not required.
