Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital business models and growth strategies
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and validate new business opportunities focusing on B2B/B2C digital models
• Drive development and launch of new ventures from concept to execution
• Contribute to strategic planning, business model definition and product development
• Build founding and management teams and identify key talent
• Evaluate investment opportunities for viability, scalability and growth
• Define and implement strategic growth initiatives across portfolio companies
• Support expansion through partnerships, alliances, JVs and international growth
• Monitor KPIs to identify improvements and value creation
• Assist in fundraising, investment rounds and investor relations
• Participate in corporate transactions including M&A and exits
• Share best practices across portfolio businesses
