Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group is seeking a Corporate Venture Capital Manager to shape the future of logistics, AI and automation. You will work with founders, investors and leaders to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives within Hellmann’s global network.

You will collaborate with the Head of Ventures, move opportunities from assessment to execution, and support governance, reporting and momentum across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in venture capital, corporate ventures or growth.
• Strong ability to build alignment with founders, investors and executives.
• Advanced problem-solving with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, advance and execute venture initiatives and investments.
• Support governance processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate due diligence, approvals and implementation workstreams.
• Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks and report on initiatives.
• Develop and maintain ecosystem relationships with startups, VCs and universities.
• Represent Hellmann at industry events and alliances.
