Job summary

Hellmann is seeking a Corporate Venture Capital Manager to shape investments in logistics, AI, robotics, and supply chain tech. You will collaborate with founders, investors, and business leaders to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and scale new ventures within Hellmann’s global logistics network.

The role offers flexibility to work primarily remotely across Europe, with periodic on-site collaboration in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, advance, and execute venture-related initiatives and investments.
• Support due diligence and governance processes with relevant functions.
• Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and support reporting.
• Develop relationships across startup, VC, universities and ecosystem operators.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business units and functions.
