A leading company seeks a skilled L2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support on a weekly basis in Madrid. This role involves troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues while ensuring high user satisfaction. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in IT or Computer Science and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

• Requires C1 proficiency in Spanish and English.

We are looking for a reliable vendor who can provide a skilled L2 Desktop Support Technician to support our client at the following location :

Every Tuesday (weekly onsite visit)

1 year

The engineer will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end users, covering complex issues, hardware / software maintenance, and ensuring high user satisfaction.

• Deliver L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues escalated from L2
• Install, configure, and maintain OS, applications, and updates
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring problems
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac computers (break / fix)
• Resolve network connectivity issues (LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Collaborate on IT projects, upgrades, and new deployments
• Maintain records in the ticketing system
• Provide remote support to field or home-based users
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Build positive relationships to enhance user satisfaction
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Strong advanced troubleshooting and technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Language requirement : C1 level proficiency in Spanish and English
• Engagement is for one fixed day onsite each week (Tuesday)
• Any schedule changes will be communicated in advance by the client
• The vendor should directly provide and manage the dedicated resource, with a backfill option to ensure coverage
