Do you want to join our team?- Currently we are recruiting for a- **Vendor Master Data Technician **to join our Supplier Services team. You will be accountable for the maintenance of the EMEAI Vendor Master Database, working closely with the local Procurement Buyers, the European PO coordinators team, the EMEAI disbursements team and the Banking Team from the Finance department.**As a Vendor Master Data Technician, you will**:- Create new supplier records in Vendor Master Data, using SAP.- Validate input information to ensure work process compliance.- Carry out addition of new vendors and liaise with Buyers and Sourcing Specialists in Procurement to resolve queries.- Update, amend and/or delete vendor details as requested by Buyers, Sourcing Specialists, and the Accounts Payable team.- Use the monthly Data Quality reports, perform data quality checks and resulting corrections.- As needed, participate in new development projects and the deployment of changes which impact the SAP vendor master file, (e.g. regulatory changes, introduction of IBAN, new SAP releases, currency changes, tax changes etc.).- Report data metrics and handle fleet invoicing.**You will have**:- Business Education and 2 years of proven experience in an office environment and knowledge of finance/supply chain, either through professional qualification or by experience.- Proficient English (other languages are a plus).- Good knowledge of Excel.
