As Vendor Master Data / T&E Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Reliability and quality of the Vendor Master Data for all of Criteo’s entities worldwide.
• Quality, process, and cut-off of expense claims for all central entities.
• Ensuring and fulfilling our KYS process, SOX standards, and answering to our periodic audit controls queries.

This requires close collaboration with the IT, GL Tax, Procurement, and Internal Control teams, as well as with the Accounts Payable team in Paris and other members of the finance team in the complex countries.

You will be part of the Finance Shared Services and will report to the VMD / T&E Team Lead, based in Paris.

Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring vendors are created, updated, and deleted appropriately, and in compliance with SOX standards.
• Ensuring Vendor data is completed in alignment with contracts signed by the Business Development, Procurement, and any Purchasing requester.
• Cleaning, upgrading, updating, and due diligence of the vendor master database with our screening compliance tool as regard to the KYS process.

T&E process:

• Ensuring that all T&E are processed in a timely manner in compliance with SOX requirements.
• Processing and managing company card expenses and queries.
• Identifying gaps and escalating issues.

Service quality:

• Ensuring that queries are answered in a timely manner.
