Rheinschrift seeks a proactive Vendor Management professional to recruit, onboard and nurture multilingual talent for localization, multimedia and data collection projects. You will connect vendors with Rheinschrift production teams, build client-focused linguistic teams and maintain a reliable vendor network across borders.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and Account Leads, support sales with market insights, and help optimize our vendor management processes while driving

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment or related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Right to work in Spain.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity with global colleagues and vendors.
• Generalist mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and onboard freelance linguists, interpreters, copywriters, voice talents, OCR/DTP specialists, multimedia vendors and subject-matter experts.
• Build linguistic teams for client accounts with Project Managers and Account Leads.
• Support and develop the global vendor network; maintain accurate vendor data.
• Utilize existing technology and contribute ideas to improve Vendor Management processes.
• Help manage the data collection network and inform decisions with data.
• Support project assignments by recommending vendors or contacting them directly.
• Handle complex requests including sourcing, negotiations, and escalations.
• Assist Sales/Account Management with vendor profiles, market research and pricing input.
• Track and report activities to stakeholders.

Proactively recruit, onboard and nurture outstanding multilingual talent for localization, multimedia and data collection projects.

You’ll be at the heart of our multilingual operations, connecting specialized vendors with Rheinschrift’s Production Teams and helping us build reliable, high-performing teams for our clients.

What you’ll do

• Recruit and onboard freelance linguists, interpreters, copywriters, voice talents, OCR/DTP specialists, multimedia vendors and subject‑matter experts.
• Build linguistic teams for client accounts by working closely with our Project Managers and Account Leads to identify the right talent for each client’s specific needs.
• Support and develop our global vendor network, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring our vendor database remains accurate and up to date.
• Use our existing technology effectively and contribute ideas for continuously improving our Vendor Management processes.
• Help manage our growing data collection network, using data to inform decisions while maintaining a human‑centred approach.
• Support project assignments by recommending suitable vendors to Project Managers or contacting vendors directly, always taking ownership of finding the best available solution.
• Handle complex requests, including specialized sourcing, vendor negotiations, strategic recruitment initiatives and escalations.
• Support our Sales and Account Management teams by creating compelling vendor profiles, conducting time‑sensitive market research and providing input on pricing and feasibility.
• Track and report on your activities, proactively keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress, challenges and outcomes.

What you bring

• Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment or a related field. That said, we know talent when we see it. If your ambition and ability make up for what you may lack in experience, we would still be happy to hear from you.
• Fluency in English. Spanish, German or any additional languages would be an advantage.
• The right to work in Spain.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
