Rheinschrift invites applications from proactive professionals to lead our vendor management and recruitment efforts in Spain. You will recruit multilingual talent for localization, multimedia and data collection projects, aligning vendors with client needs and project timelines.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and Account Leads to assemble the right linguistic teams, nurture relationships across our global network, and continuously optimize our vendor database and processes.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment or related field.
• Fluency in English; Spanish, German or other languages are a plus.
• Right to work in Spain.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse colleagues and vendors.
• Generalist mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learner for new tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and onboard freelance linguists, interpreters, copywriters, voice talents, OCR/DTP specialists, multimedia vendors and SMEs.
• Build linguistic teams for client accounts by coordinating with Project Managers and Account Leads.
• Support and develop the global vendor network and maintain an up-to-date vendor database.
• Leverage existing technology and contribute ideas to improve Vendor Management processes.
• Help manage growing data collection network and use data to inform decisions.
• Support project assignments by recommending vendors or contacting vendors directly, aiming for best available solutions.
• Handle complex requests including sourcing, vendor negotiations, strategic recruitment initiatives and escalations.
• Support Sales and Account Management with vendor profiles, market research and pricing input.
• Track and report activities, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.

Proactively recruit, onboard and nurture outstanding multilingual talent for localization, multimedia and data collection projects.

You’ll be at the heart of our multilingual operations, connecting specialized vendors with Rheinschrift’s Production Teams and helping us build reliable, high-performing teams for our clients.

What you’ll do

• Recruit and onboard freelance linguists, interpreters, copywriters, voice talents, OCR/DTP specialists, multimedia vendors and subject‑matter experts.
• Build linguistic teams for client accounts by working closely with our Project Managers and Account Leads to identify the right talent for each client’s specific needs.
• Support and develop our global vendor network, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring our vendor database remains accurate and up to date.
• Use our existing technology effectively and contribute ideas for continuously improving our Vendor Management processes.
• Help manage our growing data collection network, using data to inform decisions while maintaining a human‑centred approach.
• Support project assignments by recommending suitable vendors to Project Managers or contacting vendors directly, always taking ownership of finding the best available solution.
• Handle complex requests, including specialized sourcing, vendor negotiations, strategic recruitment initiatives and escalations.
• Support our Sales and Account Management teams by creating compelling vendor profiles, conducting time‑sensitive market research and providing input on pricing and feasibility.
• Track and report on your activities, proactively keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress, challenges and outcomes.

What you bring

• Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment or a related field. That said, we know talent when we see it. If your ambition and ability make up for what you may lack in experience, we would still be happy to hear from you.
• Fluency in English. Spanish, German or any additional languages would be an advantage.
• The right to work in Spain.
