PagoNxt Payments, Santander Group's global payments platform, is seeking a Vendor Lifecycle Coordinator to manage onboarding, contract processes, and third-party risk assessments. You will maintain vendor inventories, ensure documentation accuracy across systems (SARA, GRC, Ariba), and support governance forums (TPRM / Sourcing).

The role offers a hybrid work model with 60% on-site presence and opportunities for cost optimization and professional growth.

Formación

• Supporting the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to contract management and monitoring.
• Coordinating third-party risk assessments, ensuring all required documentation is complete and tracked.
• Maintaining and updating vendor inventories and documentation in internal tools (SARA, GRC, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• This role will contribute to the execution and coordination of vendor lifecycle processes, ensuring proper governance, risk control, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in governance forums materials (TPRM / Sourcing).
• Contributing to cost control and vendor optimization initiatives.
