The company is present in 100 countries with over 400 single-brand shops situated on the most prestigious international shopping streets, a distribution network with over a thousand official points of sales and important growing channels such as travel retail and e-commerce. We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Maintain outstanding corner condition and visual merchandising standards
3. Maintain a fully stocked corner
4. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs
6. Welcome and greet customers
7. Manage point-of-sale processes
8. Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
9. Keep up to date with product information
10. Accurately describe product features and benefits
11. Follow all company policies and procedures
12. Proven working experience in retail sales
13. At least 3 years of experience in Sales
14. Good standing
15. Organized and accurate
16. Able to work in fast-paced environment
17. Flexible
18. Clear written and verbal communication skills
19. Strong English and additional languages beneficial
