Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage vehicle and powertrain homologation and certification processes, including documentation and application submissions.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit homologation dossiers to relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and cross-functional internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor, interpret, and report on current and upcoming homologation and certification requirements across target markets.
  • Organize certification-related logistics, including test vehicles, components, and supporting activities.
  • Document and report on all homologation testing activities for vehicle and powertrain systems.
  • Provide on-site support during certification and validation testing as needed at various locations

What we value :

  • 1–3 years of experience in automotive homologation, certification, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with calibration tools such as INCA.
  • Knowledge of vehicle electronic systems, including CAN protocols and engine control systems.
  • Familiarity with powertrain calibration workflows and analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, MDA, Concerto).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Practical experience working within the automotive industry and understanding of development cycles
  • Knowledge of EU, South American, and African regulatory frameworks is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
