BASE life science in Spain is seeking a Veeva Vault Quality Consultant to join our System Operations team, delivering post‑implementation support, optimisation, and ongoing value extraction for clients in life sciences. You will focus on Veeva Vault Quality, collaborating across teams to manage changes, releases, and compliance activities, while building lasting client relationships.

You’ll work with clients to optimise Vault solutions, ensure stable operations, and drive continuous improvements

Formación

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault, preferably Vault Quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Responsabilidades

• System Operations & Support: provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring stable system performance and high client satisfaction.
• Service Delivery Management: act as a primary contact for clients, manage ongoing operations, reporting, and coordination, driving continuous improvements and best practices.
• Configuration & Change Management: analyze and refine change requests, configure and test solutions within Veeva Vault.
• Release Management: assess and implement Veeva’s tri-annual releases, evaluate impact, ensure smooth adoption.
• Quality & Compliance: support CSV processes, documentation, and risk management, perform user access and audit trail reviews.

As our next Veeva Vault Quality Consultant you will contribute to solving meaningful challenges across the life sciences industry. About the role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Veeva Vault Quality Consultant to join our System Operations team. In this role, you will work hands‑on with clients to support, optimise, and evolve their Veeva Vault solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring stable operations, driving continuous improvements, and helping clients get maximum value from their systems. You will primarily focus on Veeva Vault Quality, while also having the opportunity to work across other Vault applications.

Your responsibilities include

• System Operations & Support :: provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring stable system performance and high client satisfaction
• Service Delivery Management :: act as a key point of contact for clients, managing ongoing operations, reporting, and coordination, and driving continuous improvements and best practices
• Configuration & Change Management: analyse and refine change requests, and configure and test solutions within Veeva Vault
• Release Management: assess and implement Veeva’s tri‑annual releases, evaluating their impact and ensuring smooth adoption

In your first months, you will take ownership of client environments, build strong relationships, and ensure stable, compliant, and efficient Veeva Vault operations.

You bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus)
• Experience working with Veeva Vault, preferably Vault Quality
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
• The ability to work independently and to collaborate across teams

It is a plus if you also have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry (GxP)
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Veeva certifications
• Experience with multiple Vault modules (e.g., QualityDocs, eTMF, QMS, PromoMats)
• Additional language skills

This position is offered in Spain.
