The Role

As a Consultant, you will be part of our Professional Services team, working with our Commercial Content products within Veeva's Commercial Cloud, including Veeva PromoMats and Digital Asset Management (DAM). Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, translating requirements into solutions, configuring applications, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

1. Implement content management platforms for the life sciences industry.
2. Lead business process discovery and application design workshops.
3. Translate complex client requirements into workable solution designs.
4. Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment.
5. Create process documentation and project deliverables.
6. Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.
7. Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva's Commercial Content applications and their integration into customer ecosystems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience working with life sciences customers (pharma, medical devices, consumer health, etc.).
• Quick understanding of customer requirements and ability to design solutions accordingly.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Proven ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluency in English; legal right to work in Europe; based in Europe.

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulated content management systems like Veeva Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, etc.
• Experience with DAM tools such as Adobe, Bynder, Box, etc.
• Experience with CRM tools like Veeva CRM or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory standards (ABPI, ANSM, AIFA).
• Understanding of life sciences compliance and validation requirements (GxP, GcP).
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement management.
• Fluency in Italian, French, or German.
