At IFF, you will be part of a dynamic VAT team responsible for ensuring VAT compliance for EMEA and LATAM entities. Key duties include analyzing VAT data, preparing returns, and supporting tax audits. We seek an individual with a Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields, ready to contribute insights for continuous improvement.

• Minimum of three years of experience in TAX/Finance.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Additional languages considered a plus.

Job Summary

In this position, you will be part of IFF´s VAT team, supporting IFF entities across EMEA and LATAM. You will ensure VAT compliance processes are followed and provide support and legal advice.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze complex VAT data, prepare and submit accurate VAT returns and related filings
• Prepare and deliver quality financial reports as required by internal or external requirements
• Initiate further investigations and corrections when applicable.
• Perform the VAT closing activities and resolve subsequent queries.
• Calculate and post accruals, revaluations, etc.
• Keep up to date on Legislation related to VAT and other informative returns in the country under responsibility (Continuous Professional Education)
• Participate on internal and external financial audits. Support the local and tax organization particularly in case of tax audits.
• Participate in special projects either based on business requests for support or internal team projects for continuous improvement of processes and data quality.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of three Years of Experience in TAX/Finance
• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Alteryx knowledge.
• Power BI knowledge.
• Additional languages will be considered a plus.
