Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large and complex data sets to support business operations (sales, web analytics, marketing…).
2. Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business insights.
3. Develop and present comprehensive data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
5. Review and oversee tasks performed by junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
6. Conceptualize, follow up, and deliver analytics projects, including definition of KPIs, creation and communication of insights, and project definitions for junior analysts.

Qualifications :

1. Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or business analytics role.
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and technical leadership.
4. Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with large-scale cloud data analysis frameworks.
5. Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
6. Ability to extract and translate business metrics and questions from data sets into well-documented and actionable insights.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-driven insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
