Validation Technician (End-of-Line)

Here's what you're going to do

The Validation Technician position belongs to the Production Line Area (Production Department). He/she will be responsible for the activities of the End-of-Line (EoL) to ensure the quality and reliability of the manufactured units.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and executing quality control activities for EoL stations, such as visual inspections, documentation controls, hardware checks, calibration, and functional tests.
2. Documenting validation results and keeping the information system updated (Easy Redmine).
3. Maximizing productivity by managing the sequence of activities at assigned stations.
4. Reporting deviations, failures, incidents, or misbehavior detected during EoL activities following proper procedures.
5. Updating and maintaining Technical Documentation as instructed.
6. Cabling and preparing setups for system validation or development activities.
7. Collaborating with other departments as directed by the Production Line Manager.

What we expect from you

• An Associate Degree (FP II or CFGS) in Electricity/Electronics or related fields.
• More than 2 years of experience.
• Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in standard office applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, email).

It will be a plus if you also have experience with:

• Power Electronics Foundations.
• Electronic Instrumentation (Multimeter, Insulation Tester, Oscilloscope, Power Meter).
• Project Management systems (Easy Redmine, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Industrial Communications (Internet, Computer Networks).
