ICEYE in Valencia, Spain, seeks a hands-on Power AIT Engineer focused on power subsystem assembly, integration and testing to support production at our Valencia location. This role requires strong power systems expertise and a practical approach to AIT activities.

You will apply system-level thinking, drive reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mission success and efficient manufacturing processes.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience in development, integration, testing, or production of complex power systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers/technicians and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge in electrical engineering and system-level understanding across architectures.
• Systems engineering mindset for spotting issues across interfaces and risks.
• DFM/DFT experience in high-reliability environments with clear communication with designers and leaders.
• Hands-on problem-solving with root cause analysis and feedback loops.
• Continuous improvement toward reliability and efficiency as production scales.
• Strong English communication (written & spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and verify power subsystem components; be primary contact during manufacturing.
• Identify issues and improve production workflow of power subsystems.
• Conduct inspection, verification and assembly of power subsystem hardware.
• Represent AIT Engineering across projects and disciplines.
• Contribute to power subsystems designs, ramp-up, and troubleshooting.
• Apply system-level understanding to ensure mission success.
