ICEYE in Valencia, Spain is seeking an experienced Thermal & Harness AIT Engineer to ensure the thermal and electrical integrity of our satellite constellation. You will perform hands-on assembly, integration, and testing on harness routing, MLI installation, and verification, collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and design teams.
You will own production issues on the shop floor and contribute to DFMA/DFT initiatives to improve reliability and quality before launch.

As an AIT Engineer, Thermal & Harness, you play a vital role in ensuring the thermal and electrical integrity of ICEYE's satellite constellation. You will execute hands‑on assembly, integration, and testing activities, from harness routing and MLI installation to structural alignment and mission‑critical verification. Working across mechanical, electrical, and design teams, you will own technical issues on the production floor and contribute directly to the quality and reliability of spacecraft leaving Valencia ready for orbit.
